Amira Mor was infused with the music, dance
and culture of her background from the Middle East at a very early
age. With the support and encouragement of her parents, she pursued her dance
studies including ballet and jazz, as well as Egyptian, Greek, Israeli, and
Turkish bellydancing. Amira has a very diverse portfolio of dance styles
and performances.
Today Amira Mor has achieved world acclaim.
Her exciting performances have been seen throughout the world at private
parties, benefits, fundraisers, restaurants, galleries, casinos, and luxury
hotels. Amira is fluent in any setting and any type of performance, whether
solo, group, or as a dance instructor or choreographer. Amira loves sharing
her talents and knowledge of the culture with aspiring students.
Amira’s style is the remarkable integration
of her love for classical dance and her passion for modern innovation. Hypnotic
undulations and exciting hip rhythms characterize this ancient art form.
She inspires her audience and students to move and feel their own sensuality
brought out by the pulsating energy of Middle Eastern music. Gracefully her
body moves across the floor with finger cymbals emphasizing the beat while
a soft veil enhances her femininity and beauty within.
